When he went back to get the status, since no one called him, his truck was up on the lift machine and the tech was sitting in a chair on his cell phone. This happened the last 2 times. We have given them chance after chance and will NEVER go back! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me...won't be a 3rd!!
