- RORob osbornJan 5, 20261.0On 12-18 I had an appointment at 8:30am for 4 tires. Dropped my truck off at 8:30 was told it will be completed in an hour and a half. Went and did some shopping came back wasn’t done until 11:15. Not the biggest problem, stuff happens but it’s only 4 tires. Finally at 11:15 when i went to pay for my tires the employee was nice enough to take $75.00 off for my wait. I was told they couldn’t get two lug nuts off my back driver side wheel. Mind you this is a 2024 with 20,000 miles on it there should be no reason the lugs don’t come off. They said they replaced it with new lugs which are not they are two used rusted lug nuts off someone else’s vehicle. When the employee drove my truck around to drop it off he looked as if he rolls around on the shop floor in the dirt and filth, no protective seat covers hands were greasy and filthy. I had to clean my seat and steering wheel when I got home. My back passenger door had a huge dirt/grease patch on it where it looked like someone layed against my truck. I don’t complain and I never fill these reviews out but I’m pissed. I work had for my stuff and for some employee to have no respect for a $70.000 vehicle shame on you as a business owner.

- DUDavey UnknownDec 13, 20251.0Brought my car here for a PA inspection. NTB failed it for alleged brake issues and recommended a very expensive full brake replacement. I also had a TPMS warning and was told all four TPMS sensors were bad and all 4 needed replaced for $634! I took the car to the dealership service center for a second opinion. They confirmed the brakes were absolutely fine and said only one TPMS sensor needed replacement, which cost $60. A second inspection shop passed the car with no issues and rated the brakes 10/10. If for whatever reason you do decide to use the NTB in Monaca, PA, a second opinion is not optional…it is essential.
