  I didn't realize they work on more then just tires and batteries.. I definitely will be going there for all my car problems for now on.

  My rental caught a flat…. I walked in assuming that I would need to buy a tire out of my own pocket, due to me not wanting to wait for road side… They were kind enough to reach out to my rental company And got my tire repaired quickly and no cost to me.., Great service… Helpful and was quick!!

  Today I needed a tire dismounted from a rim and remounted. When I arrived I was greeted by Noah, he was very professional. It didn't take long for him to remove tire from the rim. When I went back, the young lady who remounted my tire was very kind and just as professional. For an under staffed crew, they had me in and out faster then I expected. Thank you

  I feel like i have bad luck... Set an appointment on Friday for Monday. Got a call an hour later saying the tires will be delayed until Tuesday. Said "okay thats fine set the appointment for Tuesday at 1pm". I showed up 15 minutes early Tuesday(today) they took my key, told me 1 hour to an hour and a half to do just 2 tires, i sat in the waiting room 45 minutes before they tell me they don't even have the tires. The guy said and his words "they WILL be in today". Cause he apparently called the dispatch for the tire truck but no exact eta at all. They could come in next week for all me and the employee know. I decided to leave and have them call me but never got a call so i just called 30 mins before closing and they said they MIGHT show up tomorrow morning. Mind you i'm riding on a donut and 1 completly bald tire, 2 fronts have been keeping me grounded. It's crazy the tire truck couldn't get here from wherever its ciming from but i'm able to drive from my home to their shop, and nearly anywhere else in my situation. I'm super curious where these tires are coming from to have 5 full days , about to be 6 days tomorrow for these tires to arrive. I totally understand the snow is historical, but salt trucks locally have been doing an AMAZING job trying to keep main streets clear. I 100% rely on the salt from the salt trucks to get me home late at night. Word of advice, don't buy a vehicle with 235 60R 16 because these tires are EXTREMELY rare in stock and if you do find them they cost an arm and a leg or you suffer the long time waiting game in these tough times. It truly is upsetting to drive there and i had my hopes up for today to FINALLY get new tires on my rear after a year and BAM i'm hit with quite the freight truck of inconveinances, i tried many other local shops like Walmart and Firestone which just adds to this terrible situation i'm in. I'm seriously lucky to not have wrecked my vehicle yet. But theres always tomorrow or the next day if NTB doesn't get the tires this week.. I'm hanging on by a thread. My bald tire barely has 100 miles left on it before the rest of the wires show. But hey, im still here so if anything new happens, i'll update this. Meanwhile, i'll pray to god my tire lasts otherwise its over for me.
