The entire time I was in the store, Gooch would not put her (i assume because of the long hair) phone down and help anyone. Scrolling on Facebook apparently was more important than helping customers. When asking her for help, she wanted to get an attitude like I was interrupting whatever she was doing on Facebook. Do better.
