  Went to mavis for my inspection and they were quick and easy. The staff was friendly, efficient. They explained what was needed and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free process.

  Outstanding service- was traveling to New Hampshire on a Sunday and blew a trailer tire on interstate. Called Mavis, brought in the tire and was charged within 15 minutes! Highly recommend this store and staff- you got us back on the road safely on our way home!

  Rob and the Mavis crew were able to help me out after an accident working with me to get my vehicle to a safe driving level while still being honest with how much work it still needed to be fully maintained. I can't recommend them enough

  It’s never fun going to these places but at least here at this location, they won’t rake you over the coals and the staff is amazing. I dealt with Danielle and Jean and they were both very very nice and welcoming. I can not stress this enough. They didn’t push any extra costs onto me which I appreciated. I would go back to this location just for Danielle and Jean alone. Very satisfied all around with my experience today

  Don't go to this or any Mavis out in PA. Moved out here from Chicago and from the sounds of it, I got took for $1700 roughly for what was supposed to be a wheel alignment. Trust me when I say I am a very patient person, but these people took my kindness for a fool. It went from getting a wheel alignment, to having my control arms and front struts replaced because they were "bad". Mind you, they had no I had both things replaced less than a year before moving out to PA for work. After going to the Mavis in Milford, PA 3 times, my truck still isn't aligned and turned out the clunking sound I heard was that the tie rod ends are worn. You'd think they noticed it was time to replace it since they claimed the control arms and struts were bad, but nope. They completely missed it. The technician claimed it was my breaks making the sound so I tested his theory and he was definitely wrong. The breaks were not even 1/3rd worn and still made the sound. Replaced the tie rod myself and noise is gone. Definitely calling the BBB and reporting them. What a shame that they not only lied about what the issue was, but are lying to everyone else who comes through there. I wouldn't even recommend getting tires from that place. Who knows what story they'll come up with jusr to rip people off. They're not special trained to work on cars. They're trained to scam customers and break their bank.
