  Was passing through this area and decided to stop in to see if I could replace my tires. I had a list of what I wanted for new models, and the staff were very helpful in recommending an item based on my requirements from their stock. They were also able to work on a price that was both affordable and reasonable to me (which is helpful in a time where everything seems to be costing more and more!). They had a list of complimentary inspections to throw in as well, which is always nice, and I was able to relax and watch them work on my car from the window in the waiting room. New tires are working fine so far! I would recommend stopping in at this location.

  Randomly chose the Mavis on Independence Dr when I was having problems with my brakes and how the car ran. The receptionist and mechanics were all really helpful in not only explaining what work was needed, but also showing me everything. I'm a visual learner and appreciated the walk through. Thank you to everyone that helped me, and I highly recommend their shop!

  Danielle the store manager continues to argue with customers and belittle them. She’s very combative, extremely disrespectful and unsure how she’s even a store manager. I would never hire her she clearly needs training and her level of disrespect would have been a final warning to immediate termination. I did email David S. as I would want to also know with the hundred of employees working what goes on as we strive on excellent customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the low level of service I received. My appointment was scheduled for a specific time, yet the work was delayed by several hours. I understand things happen but it’s how you talk to customers. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. Danielle made inappropriate comments, laughed and made the situation worst. My husbands company had been considering partnering with your business for our fleet of work trucks, but based on this experience and the lack of professionalism shown by the women in the front who is supposed to show exceptional customer service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will also inform my other company to go elsewhere.
