  I wanted to report outstanding service at National Car Rental at Harrisburg Airport in Harrisburg, PA. My family and I recently rented a car at the National Car Rental at Harrisburg International Airport. We had the pleasure of being helped by Manager Jack and employee Gyles. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Jack went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, including clarifying a billing question when we gave the vehicle back. Gyles was equally attentive and helpful throughout the process during the return of the vehicle. Their positive attitudes and genuine care really stood out — it felt like we were valued customers, not just another transaction. We highly recommend these guys, and will make sure we book with them when we need a vehicle from this airport in the future.

  The check-in is always quick when you reserve online ahead of time and don't get stuck behind a dopey customer that doesn't do that. The cars are always new and nice, and I get a discount through my employer. No issues, I use them every time I fly into Harrisburg.

  I had a great experience with Ryan and Paul at National Rental Car. I ran into an issue with my pass, and they were both incredibly helpful and responsive. They took the time to follow up with me to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure I had the right resources in case I ran into any further issues. Their customer service was professional, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I waited over 30 mins in line plus I had a reservation I didn’t get a car because apparently if you do same day reservation you can’t get it but for all this time I’ve been doing that I never had an issue! Seems like he was being racist because there were people in front of me that didn’t have a reservation but they were helping them get one and they got a car but I couldnt! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
