    I picked up a rental car late afternoon after a long day of travel from the Harrisburg airport. Hailey was helpful and so kind. She went over and beyond to help me get on the road. I will return the vehicle when I return home in a couple of days.

    Had to take a Lyft from York in order to rent a van and was told they would not rent me a vehicle at all. This came about when I mentioned that I wanted one with a roof rack and they said that it was against their policy. I said that was fine and I could work around that but I still needed a van to haul my other gear. At this point, even though they physically did not have a single vehicle in stock with a roof rack. They assumed that I would somehow jury rig this to the roof and refused to rent me a vehicle. Hertz had a van and had no problem with me renting a vehicle to haul my gear around thank you Hertz!

    The staff is very helpful, courteous, friendly and as a repeat customer (just about every other week) having them address you by name shows they care.
