  I had a great experience with Ryan and Paul at National Rental Car. I ran into an issue with my pass, and they were both incredibly helpful and responsive. They took the time to follow up with me to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure I had the right resources in case I ran into any further issues. Their customer service was professional, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  They stay open 30 min after the last flight and thank the lawd they do! Zach(Zack?) Made it super easy to get a rental at the last second!

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I waited over 30 mins in line plus I had a reservation I didn’t get a car because apparently if you do same day reservation you can’t get it but for all this time I’ve been doing that I never had an issue! Seems like he was being racist because there were people in front of me that didn’t have a reservation but they were helping them get one and they got a car but I couldnt! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  I strongly suggest never to rent from National because you will accused of damage to one of there vehicles when it wasn’t you and immediately be presented a claim asking for you insurance company and policy no. I think we were taken advantage of and scammed. If you do rent from them, good luck!
