  Brad was so nice and helpful! I ran over a large screw and was scrambling to get it fixed with my work schedule. Mavis was extremely busy when I went in, but Brad set me up with a game plan and we got it taken care of first thing this morning. I have gone to Mavis so many times and it is one of my favorite businesses in Middletown because everyone there is so nice!!!

  I hit a deer and brought it in for a inspection to see what all would need replaced and they gave me a very detailed list and were very quick about getting back to me if your looking for a place that’s very professional and quick I would recommend here every time

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS - terrible service & dangerous work. First off, the service is terrible. If you drop off your car here, there is ZERO chance your car will be worked on unless you call and remind them that you're waiting for them. Do not count on them to manage their schedule. Even for simple oil changes, I would drop off my car at noon, say I'll be back before close to get it, and they'd say we'll call you when it's ready. Without fail, it would reach 30mins-an hour before they CLOSE, and I'd call to check in. "Oh, will get that up and taken care of for you right now, sorry about that" They lost track of my car (more than once), & I know for a fact they lost track of some of my neighbors' cars, sometimes for as long as a FULL WEEKEND before the customer called and they realized they forgot to start working on it. Management is a mess here & they know it. Second, and most important, the quality of work is DANGEROUSLY BAD. My roommate had to take his car here for a blown-out tire replacement, but they somehow missed that his axle was CRACKED. The mechanic he typically goes to, upon spotting the obvious crack only a few weeks later, URGED him to never go back here again. I took my car in for some lights that were going off on my dash. (The lights would intermittently come on, and my brakes would be heavily impacted while they were on). They charged me for shocks & strut work, claiming that it would fix the issue. Not only did the issue return in less than a month, worse than before, but they also caused even more issues to my car by failing to put my car back together correctly, causing a loud clanking noise as I drove. A piece that they failed to put in correctly had fallen down and was grinding against my axle. The mechanic I went to for a repair of both of those issues got straightened out, and was told by my new mechanic (who was also shocked at the poor quality of work) to never return. Not to mention, they claimed to have "checked my brakes" but failed to notice my brake lines were in dire need of replacement. I like to give some grace where it's due, but I truly think that going to this shop risks major costs to your car, and potentially to your loved ones. Please, avoid the Mavis Discount Tire in Middletown, PA.

  Went in for a slow leak on wifes nissan armada...it turned out to be a bead leak and the tech skyler had to scrub the wheel and rebalanced it .... did a fantastic job Then the manager's matt and brad kept apologizing for taking so long. When it came time to pay they would not accept payment. So if you have any tire , brake ,or need an oil change i highly recommend mavis in middletown.

  I came for an oil change, got my car back to find the interior of my front seats and center console covered in oil and grease. Not just a few spots - smeared all over the place in big patches. They seem pretty short staffed, asked me to drop my car citing they were behind, when I'd ask to wait for my car to be done. Then I get it back and it looks like this. I can understand being short staffed and running behind, but like...don't leave oil all over my car for me to clean up? This is super gross.
