  I was told manager lisa can change a lightbulb for a headlight but when i waited 30 mins for her to get back from her lunch she had a whole different story. apparently, the only manager, and the only person working OF age, Was only trained to change batteries. That’s okay, i completely understand. What I don’t like is the attitude lisa had with me. girl, i get you were counting money but just say “one moment please” no need to be like “im counting money” in that type of tone. You are a MANAGER. and you were more mad about the headlight bulb than I was. If you hate people you shouldn’t work around people. We all have bad nights tho, kudos to the minor who apologized to me for the actions of another adult. it’s sad i lived in middletown for years fr these people need to understand the market and how u speak to people goes a long way. hopefully lisa can just be a little kinder. or needs a longer lunch. girl was stressed.

  I literally bought a battery from here because I don’t have any tools and I know they’ll swap out your battery for you if you buy the new one from AutoZone. Came in to have the battery swapped with the overpriced $230 battery from Duralast (for a Toyota Yaris) and they refused to do it saying they didn’t have the staff and they were too busy. Granted there was only two guys in, but I was the only customer at the store. Dude walked away from me before I could even finish what I was saying. Rude and unprofessional, told me to come back later which I can’t because I work in the medical field so I have a job I need to be at too. Guess I’m stuck using the jump pack for a day and if I come back tomorrow and it happens again I’ll just get a refund for the battery and go to Walmart where the same battery is $70 cheaper.

  AutoZone in Hummelstown earned extra respect a few days back. My license plate bracket was loose, and instead of just pointing me toward the tools, the guy working there grabbed what was needed, walked outside, and took care of it himself. No hesitation. No ego. Just genuine help. I offered to tip him because actions like that actually mean something to me. He refused and said he was happy to help. That level of integrity is rare. It is not about the small task. It is about character. I appreciate him and I wish him the best. Men like that still exist, and they deserve recognition.

  Spoke to HUNTER seemed pleasant but felt like he wasn’t understanding me to clearly , he remained professional unto the end of the conversation until he rudely HUNG Up , called in looking for something called simple key , he insisted with the knowledge he had that they didn’t sell the product until I asked him to look it up in the database , and wallah there it was , it’s not that hard , I feel if I have to do people job then I should be getting paid . 💁🏽‍♀️

  Once again Auto Zone never fails me, they were both so helpful and kind and caring. When you drive it’s always good to know you can stop by an auto place like auto zone and no matter what location you go to they help, Now a days that’s hard to find; Thank you ❤️
