I even asked for Ezzpass at front desk lady said it will be charged by plate i ended up took off from Harrisburg to Akron using Pa trunpike which i travel most of the time and i know there are toll booths but i was never charged this high rate at all talked to Bren over the phone he said rental fleets are charge higher rate , but why why only Alamo? wasn't helpful at all and ended up taking to Gloria supervisor repeated exactly same thing as Bren.i been using enterprise budget and others rental company but Alamo over charged me i paid 4 Times more on tolls. I will never ever go back Alamo again.
