I have completed my year with zero violations. You have harassed me by not letting my car start after passing the test. I had my car and your machine inspected and nothing wrong with either so I firmly believe your people are doing that purposely. Your email is full and nobody will ever answer my calls. Please send my complaince email to Penndot and me. That is what I was told would happen on the 14th of this month now it’s the 17th it’s a simple email. Why are you not sending it or answering the phone. And maybe fix your email ITS FULL.
