Within a week of purchasing my Jeep, I noticed steering problems and was still charged for service despite the issue existing prior to purchase. On another visit, I brought my vehicle in because it was randomly shutting off at idle and displaying false overheating warnings. I was charged for a diagnostic and told nothing was wrong. The very next day, my car died due to a failing battery—something they admitted was never checked. They refused to refund me, and the response from Bill was a laugh at my frustations and manager talked in circles. After three visits, I was repeatedly given uncertain explanations with no clear answers. This dealership lacks accountability, thorough diagnostics, and customer care. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere they do not care about their customers.
