  Really bizarrely bad experience with Lehman’s Mechanicsburg Dealership. I went over a used S-60 car with one of the managers and I was told that the chips, scratches, and dings would buff out. The car was dirty, but I was told that they would throughly detail it, and that it hadn’t been in their possession long, hence the grime. I decided to buy the car and waited about a week for them to supposedly fix up the things we had gone over at the dealership and to clean it. When the car arrived (Paige was nice enough to deliver it and genuinely tried her best) it turns out that not only had the car not had the chips and scratches buffed out, but it hadn’t even been cleaned (dirt on the headliner and even smeared on the seats, hair in the nooks, etc.) or even had the “MyVolvo” system de-paired from the previous owner. All this was the case despite Dan Lehr, the used car manager, having said that he personally looked it over before it went out. Despite having already insured the car, etc., the dealership took it back with them to get things repaired. Ultimately, after sending it to their shop, the Dealership decided that, despite what they initially said, they would not fix up the car whatsoever, as the damage to the paint were too deep, and that the car was “as is”. Ultimately, I was very disappointed with Dan and the dealership’s leadership, and had to completely back out of the sale. If you’re a younger car buyer, I’d recommend going elsewhere (Sun Motor Cars, BMW, etc.). While friends and family have have good experiences with Lehman, Dan and management were really dismissive of me and my time.
