Josh and Jeremy were great help getting us the price and payment we were looking for and made sure we were taken care of while buying. After we had an agreed upon price and payment Sean tried to be upsell us on additional packages and they tried to make us feel stupid for declining to “optimize our car ownership experience”. Great experience up until signing.

John Fox was awesome! He's extremely responsive to texts and emails, keeps you updated throughout the process, will work with you on pricing without arguing, open and honest, no BS, and doesn't try to hard close you. The whole process felt more like a casual conversation rather than buying a car. I spent minimal time at the dealership closing the deal and getting a car at a fair price. No waiting for hours, no jerking around or back and forth with the "manager", no low balling on your trade in, and no holding your keys for your trade in to keep you there longer. After being treated like dirt at Faulkner Toyota, I'm glad I went to John at Fred Beans and got a CX-5 with lower miles, more features, and a significantly cheaper price than a comparable RAV4. Thank you John!
Kyle was a pleasure to work with and kept the process of buying a vehicle as simple as possible. He kept things moving while also truly listening to everything we wanted/needed to make things happen. From start to finish-complete professionalism involved. On top of that, Sean was a perfect first and personality that made the tedious process of paperwork more enjoyable. Definitely would recommend checking them out when looking for your next vehicle purchase!

I had a great experience buying my car from Mazda! I’m terrible with names and don’t remember the other gentlemen who helped me, but John Fox was absolutely fantastic. He made his entire part of the process feel comfortable, easy, and genuinely conversational, which I really appreciated.
I wasn’t excited about getting a new car since I’m not a big fan of the newer designs. My husband had to convince me just to go look, and this was the one I “hated the least.” But after having my Mazda CX-50 for a week, it’s grown on me. I’ve gone from not hating it to actually really enjoying it!
In the end, a smooth, low-pressure experience, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. 100% recommend!
My daughter recently purchased her first new vehicle from Fred Beans Mazda. I can't say enough great things about Kyle Fritz, her salesperson. He was kind, attentive, patient and asked many questions to help her find the right vehicle for her. I would give a 5 star rating for him but I have nothing good to say about the finance person assigned to her. We met Kyle on a Friday night and after test driving two different models, she decided on one. Kyle talked numbers and we came to an agreement on the length of the loan and the approximate payment. We had to wait until Saturday morning to finalize the paperwork with their finance department. When we got there, the finance guy had completely different numbers and was trying to upsell her everything, without taking into consideration her budget. She is just starting out with her first "big girl" job and she had a firm budget. He was so pushy that he had my daughter in tears. I want my children to learn and do things on their own, but at that time I had to step in. He was argumentative even with me and if I were purchasing the car, I would have stood up and walked. My daughter really wanted the vehicle and at this point was just done with the whole car shopping experience. We ended up agreeing to something we shouldn't have, but at this point we all just wanted to get out of there. My other daughter purchased her first vehicle from the Honda dealer down the pike and had the same great experience with her salesperson, but the opposite experience with their finance team. She couldn't be more happy with her entire experience with the Honda dealer down the pike. So apparently, not all dealerlship finance teams are the same. If your child is purchasing their first vehicle, I can't say I would recommend this dealership. Again, Kyle was absolutely wonder with my daughter. But that is where it ends. The finance guy even recommended my daughter go to Wal-Mart automotive for her oil changes after her first two free ones from the dealership because they charge so much. He said that is what he does. Before we met with the finance guy, I was seriously considering purchasing a Mazda for my next vehicle. But that is certainly not happening now. If you child meets with a great salesperson like Kyle and wants to proceed with the purchase at this dealership, please be there to guide them and make sure they are not pressured into agreeing to something they don't want or can't afford.
