  I was told by enterprise in selingsgrove to go to another enterprise to switch my rental out since there were issues with mine. He was able to check his inventory and this one's inventory. Advised me to call them. I called this one. And confirmed they could switch it out. I was over an hour away. I started my journey. As I got closer, I called again, confirmed the rental swap. And tried to start the rental process. They said I didnt have to start the process. I spoke to the same person each time. I finally got there. And they tried to give me a downgrade, with no refund on cost difference, rented out the vehicle I was coming to pick up, had no upgrade either, and then lied to my face saying I didnt speak to a single person in that office. Again. I spoke to the same exact man both calls, which cannot happen if the call goes to a customer call center. They also lied to my face about checking other rental stores on their inventory for me to help me find a replacement. But the other guy was able to in his enterprise.

  Great experience. Quick and friendly and helped me every time I needed to extend my rental. Picked me up and took me home too.

  Amazing location to rent a car from and purchase a vehicle from! Caleb and Zach were the guys we rented a van from, amazing team on the rental side! LaRon was our Sales team member, amazing guy! He worked with us on all of our options, after consulting with Matt on their banking team, we were approved for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander! Highly recommend this location for both rentals and sales! Clean, well maintained vehicles, highly knowledgeable team members who can answer a wide variety of questions, and an all around friendly atmosphere!

  Over the weekend I traveled with my family in the enterprise rented car, and the smoke odor made the trip very unpleasant. I was told the car would be smoke-free and not allowed to smoke in the vehicle, so I’m surprised this car was provided in that condition. The site manager was courteous and attempted to compensate, but that does not change the fact that we endured a painful and unpleasant experience throughout our trip. We ultimately refused the car and returned it before the rental term ended.
