  Car accidents are dangerous and unpleasant, and the stress can be compounded by the body shop experience. Thankfully, Sun Motor Collision Center is different. From day one when I dropped off my vehicle, I received daily updates. Mason, my contact person, was always responsive to my questions. The team in the shop did an amazing job with color matching. There was a small issue due to parts being out of stock, but that was beyond their control. When I got my car back, it was detailed to perfection and looked like new again. A special thank you to Mason, the body guy, the mechanic who aligned all the body panels and did the wheel alignment, the detailer, and the ladies at the front desk. The whole team is the best!

  My tesla was brought in here to be serviced, currently is still in the shop. But when I first brought it in, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Currently estimated repair time the guy told me was 1-2months, this is due to the amount of cars they have in line (also because I was side swept and rare ended, there are a lot more needed to be done). They are very good at keeping me updated with the estimated damage costs as well as the changes being made to the service (such as where I’m in line to being service, disassembly of the car, etc.) I would receive a text message every step of the way, which is a plus! They will fix the damage and ensure that the car is up to Tesla’s standards (this includes sending the car to Tesla for calibration) before releasing the vehicle back to me.
