I contacted the store in dire need of help as I was stranded in the frigid cold for nearly 3 hours (with snow on the ground and temperatures at 9 degrees) just 1 block up the street when my car battery died. I spoke with Francisco and asked if someone was able to come to me to change my battery. Francisco arrived within 5 minutes and stayed with me until the issue was completely resolved. Francisco was incredibly professional—fast, clear, and reliable. He showed so much compassion/understanding. His calm tone and understanding made this experience far better than I expected. He didn't just fix the problem; he made sure I understood how to avoid it next time. Thank you for going above and beyond for me.
