Every other place I called yesterday said that I would need to replace one or more tires. These guys were able to get me in for an appointment in less than 24 hours from the time I called! When I arrived for my appointment, Alex at the front desk, greeted me right away! I was not even there for 15 minutes! They were friendly and very professional! The Customer Service that I experienced today you just do not see anymore! I was blown away and honestly speechless when they told me that it could be repaired at no cost! I just was speechless… The person who repaired my car was professional, kind, and courteous as well! He explained that some run flats can be repaired when certain conditions are met. I got lucky! I got lucky with being able to repair this tire, and I got lucky with finding Monroe and the wonderful people that work there! I will definitely be coming back here if anything ever comes up in the future! I’d recommend these guys to anyone after today!

The mechanic was very busy and didnt think he could help us. When we explained that we were trying to get to Florida and didnt want to spend another night in Pa he went out of his way to get our car repaired. We were so grateful to him for helping us. Great guy, great service. Thank you!!
