- SMScott MinnichJan 1, 20265.0I am THANKFUL to Monro on several fronts today (New Year's Day, 2026) because I had a tire issue and my son needed to drive 8 hours to a funeral that was being held on Friday. First, they were OPEN ! I called several other tire places, and they were all closed. Second, the issue I had was that I heard a "hissing" sound when I put air in his tire before his trip and the pressure was very low. I thought I might need a new tire. I got an appointment within 2 hours, and when I brought it in, the manager (Mark, I think) took it right in and told me it was a "loose" stem. He tightened it, checked the air pressure in my other tires, and sent me on my way in like 10 minutes -- and NO CHARGE ! In America, we are sorely lacking in good, old-fashioned customer service -- but, NOT today at Monro -- I can not thank the Monro guys enough for taking care of me in a timely fashion so my son could get on the road for his trip. I was very IMPRESSED and will be back -- THANK YOU to the guys at MONRO !!

Then told me they were not responsible for the issue. WOULD NEVER GO NEAR this place ever again. Disorganized and dishonest.
