I’m not a mechanic, but I’m not clueless either — and that instantly felt off. My car was literally inspected at the dealership less than a month ago. If something was “metal on metal,” or even close to failing an inspection they would’ve caught it. I left feeling uneasy and honestly annoyed, so I went and got a second opinion the same day. Got my car checked by someone else. Was told my brake pads were completely fine and did not need to be immediately. So I’m writing this for the girls like me — the ones who may not know every car term but know enough to side-eye something when it doesn’t add up. Trust that feeling. If something sounds dramatic or urgent out of nowhere, don’t just nod and let them scare you into paying for work you don’t actually need. I hate that places still try this stuff, especially on women who they assume won’t question it. It’s frustrating and honestly exhausting. You deserve to be treated with honesty, not talked down to or pressured. The tire job was fine, but the brake situation was a huge red flag. I won’t be coming back, and I hope this helps another young woman avoid being pushed into unnecessary repairs. We have to look out for each other!

It was fine earlier in the day as I was sitting waiting for someone but 2 hours later it was unacceptable by the same employee who deemed in ok earlierto park in the township required zoned parking spaces. If it’s that much of a danger why isn’t there warning signs or cautionary restrictions for anyone walking by their glass bay doors. If you don’t want me sitting in your lot just be honest and say so. I’m going to be petty and just say it. I won’t do business with them.

Had a nail in my tire and they got the whole thing replacement and my butt out the door within an hour. Cost about as much as my normal mechanic too! Definitely recommend these guy!
