Always had a great experience with the clean and new vehicles... until this past weekend. I ended up with a car sent straight from Satan I swear. Problem after problem. It got to the point where, at 33 years old, I called my mother crying having a panic attack. I came into the branch a day late (due to delays caused by the car), tired, miserable, and I trauma dumped the whole experience into the manager. Danielle listened, she had empathy, AND SHE MADE THINGS RIGHT! I will continue to rent with this branch because in a corporate world where most companies dont give a crap, the Mechanicsburg enterprise team is defying the odds and taking care of customers. Thank you Danielle!
