- AWandy wrightstoneDec 5, 20255.0I stopped by the store last evening at 730p (they close at 8). I needed a new battery. Derek and Brian went over the top to help. As the replacement began, it became obvious that my positive terminal had so much corrosion, that the clamp was welded to the post! After a lot of struggles, they removed the battery and replaced the clamp as well. A 15 min project became a 45 min expedition in frustration. Not only did they work overtime to get me on the road, they kept apologizing to me for the time delay. They kept at the job as obstacles kept popping up and never swore or became openly frustrated. I believe these 2 men deserve high praise from as high up as can be found. These guys never complained or gave up! If I had cash with me, they would have received large tips for the work they did. I hope Advanced Auto sees this and rewards these gentlemen for their work ethic. These 2 exemplify everything a work place need to succeed with the public. God bless them both and keep up the great work Briana and Derek!!
