The customer service was very good, and the quality of the repair was excellent, as I couldn't even tell upon post-repair inspection that my car had been through an accident and had significant body work performed. Majors also worked with my insurer, and assisted with returning my rental car. Overall, I would recommend Major's for body work.

While on the phone with our insurance, the representative called this office and as soon as she said who she was with, Select hatefully said “we don’t take you guys” and hung up on her. I brought the car in for an initial inspection, and they claimed they had “fixed” the door—but instead, they completely broke it. Then they refused to take responsibility for the damage they themselves caused. For two months, I had to crawl in through the passenger side door—despite having a bad back—while still trying to work a job that requires constant driving. Their audacity was unbelievable. They destroyed my door and then flat-out refused to correct their mistake until they could schedule a full repair. Even after the insurance company issued a $10,000 check just for the door, I’m still dealing with issues involving the lock and window. I’ve brought the car back multiple times, only to have my time wasted again and again with no real fixes. This place is an absolute joke. The level of incompetence is astounding. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
