The staff ("Erin") treat white and "people of color" differently and talked down to us while arbitrarily changing the arrangement we had made and said there was truck. They made us wait 30 minutes (finally i had to sit down ) while over "accommodating" a white customer and never even said words like "i will be right back " as if we were invisible or we were mot welcomed there. We are not invisible. We ARE customers and we paid as others paid. Certain cars should not be reserved for certain race. I strongly recommend that the staff are educated about racial equality and general equality of human being or at least hide racism and show a little manner and professionalism. Thanks a lot.
- OBOlivia BraggDec 9, 20251.0So awhile back we rented a car because we wrecked ours it was a complete hassle they tried to tell us after we had made the reservation that they didn't actually have that car and could only give us one that was double what we agreed to pay for the original car our main contact was Adam and the manager of the Meadville branch Shania? Maybe I can't really remember her name we ended up calling the district manger who sorted it out for us they did infact have the car type there we were looking for so after two trips two the Meadville branch we finally got the car we wanted........ Now today our car broke down so we made a reservation for a compact suv because it what they said they had available we were supposed to pick it up at 1 today just for them to call and hour after we made the reservation and tell us they decided they don't have a car for us.......... Than 30 minutes after that call we get a text reminding us of our pickup time the Meadville branch is a freaking mess and Adam has been the issue each time. Anyways we called the help line and had this incident reported to the district manager to so I hope we can come to a resolution that works for everyone. The only good experience was the actual car we did end up getting the first time was nice.
