I said that I needed a 4 wheel drive car because I live in the snowbelt and it's winter. A few days later I'm asked if a truck is okay. I say it's fine for a couple of days but want a car or SUV. I'm told they'll switch me out in a couple of days. The switch out never happened. I was stuck with the truck the entire time. The truck had some pretty bad transmission problems. The bill isn't clearly written out either. I'm still confused at how they came up with the total owed based on their breakdowns on the bill as well. Kind of deceptive billing. I wrote a synopsis similar to this when asked for feedback from Enterprise. A couple of days later I get a voicemail from the general manager who said to give them a call if I wanted to talk about this. I called them back but got their voicemail. I left a message and never heard back.
