    It depends on who you get at the front desk!! Some are very knowledgeable and some don't seem to know anything about cars...you have to give LOTS of detail!! Sometimes it would be easier just to have it self-serve behind the counter.

    Got a new car battery and the tech Was very helpful when he saw my old battery was much smaller than the new one. He took the extra time to verify I chose the correct one. Turns out my car's battery slot is adjustable to take the larger batteries. Great looking out!

    They are totally not worth a womens time. They want me to take out not 1 but 2 bulbs out of my sons suv all because i got s warrenty on them. And the whole thing is a big joke.. no one drives a car without bulbs in it to ecchange them. And to top it off i had been given the wrong set the first time so 2 trips later i might get it done. But for real who drives a car with no bulbs in it?? And why dont they help me take them out?? If i was told this information ahead of time. I would have had cobin or jay come with me so they could take the bulbs out. Dumb if you ask me.
