  Great place to get a quick and excellent thorough oil change. They do offer additional services at a fee as well if you're interested, but they put no pressure on you to get them. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!

  The worst customer service and longest wait times. One bay moves one didn’t move for over 35 minutes. I even suggested they take the cars that have been waiting for over an hour in line to the bay that is moving but they all looked at me like I was insane. One bay had 9-10 cars move through the bay in the time 3 moved in the second. I’ll go to the one in Irwin from now on. Faster services for sure.

  Was not bad experience was glad to get my oil changed. Wait was long and was told oil was over filled which would have been done by your company when I previously had it done but was resolved.

  I would like to specifically shout out Matt! He was very pleasant to talk with. I came in with a flat tire & Matt checked it out & let us know it was infact punctured from glass. For the time being I got it covered for $37. I was also able to ask Matt a few questions unrelated to the tire & we was able to answer accordingly!! Also, while here I got my battery replaced I would've never known it needed replaced if they didn't do the checks! I’m pleased with my experience and will continue to come here for oil changes & any other minor car issues.

  The service itself was good. The fact that they recommended to change my oil in 3000 miles is theft by deception. I am in the auto industry and understand that they would like to get people in there sooner by lying to them and telling them something that isn't true. My vehicle states that the oil should be changed every 7500-10,000 miles. I looked up the life expectancy of the oil used and it should be changed every 5000-7500 miles. Lets average it out to about 6000 miles. On average the typical driver drives 15000 miles a year. going by your recommendation, I would be back 5 times a year. Based on the recommendation of Valvoline, I would need to change it 2.5 times a year. You are basically doubling up to take advantage of those that don't know any better. I can assure you I will not do business with a company that takes advantage of people for a quick buck. I will make sure to blast this all over every one of my social media accounts.
