  Really disappointed in this dealership customer service is terrible salesman never calls me back ,sold me a truck with the wrong size wheels ,snuck in a paint protector that I told him I didn’t want. I don’t think I’ll be buying any more vehicles there

  Purchased a 2018 Chrysler 300 with 23k miles on in Oct 2025 that was represented as pre-certified. I have encountered multiple issues soon after purchase, including incorrect guidance on out-of-state plates/VIN inspection and a notice that my personal information may have been exposed through a bank data breach. If that was not frustrating enough just 75 days after my purchase the car suffered a major mechanical failure and because I’m slightly over the mileage limit, I’m now facing a $1,000 repair while still making monthly payments on a car that doesn’t run — buyers should be extremely thorough and demand full certification documentation before signing ANYTHING. How is major issue missed if the car had an inspection that would put it in a “Pre-Certified” instead of “Used”. If I could give less than a star I would this is extremely disappointing. ***update since I cannot reply to Diehl response. Yes you sent me a gift card to resolve but still was an inconvenience in the middle of the holiday and direction to mail to Diehl did not come from Ohio BMV but directly from Finance guy Mike. Secondly, the notice I got was not from my lender I went with but a lender Diehl submitted my information to. Now I’m not saying it was anything the Diehl irresponsible with my information but nonetheless another unfortunate occurrence. Also the bigger focus here should be I have to repair a car that was “Pre-certified” by one of your mechanics. Clearly something was skipped or missed.

  I bought a 2026 Pacifica Limited Awd Saturday from Sean Molchan. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience but Sean wasn't pushy at all and made it a smooth purchase.   I just recently bought my Honda here and I had a great experience! My last car buying experience was not great so having such a good one here was a breath of fresh air. Everyone here was super nice and they hooked me up with a great new vehicle that I absolutely love! Joey was the one to help me out and he was incredible! Very nice and super helpful! Would definitely come back for my next car!

  We have been going back and forth between a few dealerships for the 2026 GT Plus Durango that we wanted to buy. In the end, we chose to use Parker at Diehl because he was responsive, informative, and genuinely seemed happy to help us. We had a fun time working with him during the transaction and it was handled smoothly and efficiently. We met a few other people while in the show room and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly while we just talked about cars, life, the upcoming holidays, etc. Everyone we met there was all smiles and you can tell the dealership employees have a great working relationship with each other. We had a great experience with our purchase and financing and I highly recommend you give them a chance.
