  Very attentive and knowledgeable team. I was very well taken care of from the moment I originally came in for regular maintenance and preparing for a lease turn-in. J.J. helped me get into a Wrangler without any interruption of my Grand Cherokee being turned in for lease end.

  Andrew was a wonderful salesman to work with on this purchase and Mike in finance did a great job walking me through the paperwork. They won my business after years of working with another Jeep dealer and I would definitely buy from them again.

  Logan in the Service department went way above and beyond my expectations. He is hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. He resolved a devastating situation I was dealing with in such a caring, professional manner. Give this guy a raise!! Also. Matt in Service was so polite and personable. He escorted me to and from the Mall while waiting on my car. He made sure he picked me up at a certain time and was so accommodating throughout the whole process. I have been, and will continue to always bring my Jeep here. Thanks Guys!!

  I’m definitely happy to share this review. I was working with Kyle on a used car and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I was doing all of this over the phone. I needed to put my trust in someone I’d never met. My trust wasn’t misplaced he was professional and honest. Behind the scene Brandon Denk, the GM sales manager, worked with Kyle to help with finding vehicles. That’s what I call service!

  Have never had a worse sales experience in my entire life. Sales person Kyle was extremely condescending and rude. I would never go back to this dealer after he was allowed to talk me like this. Basically I am 10k under water due to the faulty electric battery from Jeep regardless if they fix it or not it affects the value of the Jeep. I asked him if Jeep is doing anything for the customer he said with smirk no. My response was well Jeep doesn’t seem to care to lose a life long customer and his response was why would you say that you signed the dotted line. I don’t think I could think of a more unprofessional response or person. This is not over and I will continue to let everyone in the area know about this experience.
