  Review - David M (Auto Zone, McKees Rock) ​I want to personally recognize David M. at AutoZone in Kennedy for his exceptional service. My check engine light had come on, and David went above and beyond by using the diagnostic port to pull the specific code for me. ​His help was invaluable—having that information gave the repair shop a concrete place to start rather than "chasing a ghost," which saved me a lot of time and potential stress. Beyond his technical knowledge, David showed a level of dedication and genuine care that is rare to find. We even had a wonderful moment sharing our Faith, which made the entire experience feel much more personal and uplifting. ​It is employees like David M who make customers truly happy and loyal. His leadership should be very proud to have him on the team. Thank you, David M, for being such a blessing and a great help!

  Very helpful staff! My car died unexpectedly while running errands and Derek quickly popped over to jump start my car so I could get it to the Auto Zone for a new battery. Mr. K was so kind as to install it for me right away and get me back on the road. Thank you so much again McKees Rocks AutoZone team!

  The staff is knowledgeable, kind and always willing to help if they can. The other day on a very cold day, David installed my wiper blades and Derrick helped me yesterday with installing a back blade. I appreciate you all and recommend your store to everyone. Thank you!
