  Been driving 500 miles on a long distant trip. When pulling over heard grinding on the back of the vehicle. I came to the store late they fully accommodate gave a diagnostic and worked with me with reasonable pricing for the service. They were knowledgeable of my vehicle and it’s issues and it’s good to find a shops that actually have the parts and not have to wait for the items to be delivered. I’m greatfull for the store being open on a Sunday. The Sales/Manager did a great job. They tried to accommodate. She let me know where her recommendations are based on their diagnoses but gave me options to get me down the road based on my financial circumstances. I really appreciate that. Some would try to force or lock you into the highest price point /service. Based on their assessment I needed brakes rotors and right rear calipers so you know I’m crying but I appreciate them working with me and there swift service. I would recommend.

  Best tire experience to date. Got a nail in our rental car tire while passing through and found Mavis online. Called them and we got in, got the diagnosis, the tire changed, and we’re out the door in less than an hour. Our kids stayed asleep in the back seats and they couldn’t have had better customer service. Dena and Tyler were absolutely wonderful and we can’t recommend this location more. If you want quick and reliable work, with great service to boot, don’t skip this place. They’re worth every star. ⭐️

  While the folks there were nice and accommodating. Their pricing is rather high. $175 an hour for labor is a bit much I think. Also, I paid a little over $500 for a muffler and a little over $500 for the pipe that connects the muffler to the catalytic converter. Both of those prices are not out of the range, just on the higher side. When I called my normal mechanic, back home in Connecticut, he said I paid a little less than double what it would have cost normally. If you can go anywhere else first, try to. I did not and in some respects really could not shop around and paid the price.

  Was frantically driving up to my parents for Easter when I ran over a nail and was losing air in my tire Dorothy and Matamoras got me in right away took care of me right away so I can finish my trip up for the holiday exceptional service once again thank you Dorothy

  I cannot stress to you enough that Mavis is the place to go to for your automotive needs. I had an AWESOME experience so if you have any doubts, please READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW. It was busy, but I was seen and greeted promptly upon entering. I was told how long my wait may be, and was shown the waiting area. Plenty of seating, a water fountain, and restrooms are available to ensure customer comfort. TV in the seating area provided some not political viewing to ensure a peaceful wait. I was told it may be an hour before the car would be seen (I was good with that) but it was actually seen within a half hour. I came with a donut on the car and my flat tire in the trunk. They took a look and determined where the hole was. It could not be plugged. They also looked at my other tires and informed me that they really all should be replaced due to the wear and tear. I knew I had been busy and neglected the tires, but I didn't realize how bad it was. They offered me multiple tire options, and helped me to pick a good tire that was within my budget. They didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive tire: They actually helped me make an informed decision that worked for me and not their sales quota! The best part? They told me that I could get a discount by using the Mavis Card, AND they printed a rebate form for me too so I could get cash back! Mavis has a great team here in Westfall and they care about their brand and the service they provide. A great and affordable product, service with a smile, comfort while you wait, and no appointment needed? What are waiting for? This is your best choice for awesome car care and tire needs!
