  I cannot stress to you enough that Mavis is the place to go to for your automotive needs. I had an AWESOME experience so if you have any doubts, please READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW. It was busy, but I was seen and greeted promptly upon entering. I was told how long my wait may be, and was shown the waiting area. Plenty of seating, a water fountain, and restrooms are available to ensure customer comfort. TV in the seating area provided some not political viewing to ensure a peaceful wait. I was told it may be an hour before the car would be seen (I was good with that) but it was actually seen within a half hour. I came with a donut on the car and my flat tire in the trunk. They took a look and determined where the hole was. It could not be plugged. They also looked at my other tires and informed me that they really all should be replaced due to the wear and tear. I knew I had been busy and neglected the tires, but I didn't realize how bad it was. They offered me multiple tire options, and helped me to pick a good tire that was within my budget. They didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive tire: They actually helped me make an informed decision that worked for me and not their sales quota! The best part? They told me that I could get a discount by using the Mavis Card, AND they printed a rebate form for me too so I could get cash back! Mavis has a great team here in Westfall and they care about their brand and the service they provide. A great and affordable product, service with a smile, comfort while you wait, and no appointment needed? What are waiting for? This is your best choice for awesome car care and tire needs!

  I had an unfortunate tire puncture, but they were able to get me in quickly. They fixed it immediately and were extremely courteous and helpful!!

  This review is specifically about the Mavis Discount Tire located at 103 Independence Dr, Milford, PA 18337. This is not the place to go for a vehicle inspection. I went in expecting a thorough and honest inspection, but the experience left me feeling like the goal was to find problems just to sell more work. After reading other reviews, it seems like this has happened to a lot of people at this Milford location. Customers report being told about issues that other mechanics later said were unnecessary or exaggerated. That raises serious concerns about how inspections are being handled here. A friend who previously worked for Mavis told me that managers can have sales quotas, which could explain why customers feel pressured into additional repairs. If you need an inspection, I strongly recommend going somewhere else and getting a second opinion if this shop tells you something major is wrong. I would especially caution anyone with elderly family members to be careful about bringing them here, as they may be more vulnerable to being pressured into unnecessary repairs.

  I went in there for a repair and Dena is the front manager and her professionalism is unmatched. The mechanic Tyler, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and not looking to rip me off which is greatly appreciated. Honesty and trust goes a long way

  I was very pleased with the service I received at this Mavis shop. The manager Tom is a great guy who really valued my business. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and IMO went out of his way to make sure the services I needed were done right. I didn't get the name of the other staff members working that day but I could hear them helping customers who came in while I was waiting and everyone was treated with the same respect, courtesy and expertise. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle.
