When I had to change my return date and even switch the return location, it wasn’t a hassle at all. Everything was explained clearly and updated without any confusion. The Matamoras, PA location was great to deal with. Both of the salesmen I worked with were friendly and actually helpful, not pushy. They answered my questions, walked me through the changes I needed to make, and made sure everything was set so I didn’t have to stress about it. It just felt easy. The Sentra was clean, drove well, and did exactly what I needed it to do. This was a smooth experience and I’d definitely rent from that location again.
