    I live 25 miles away was dropped off to get my reservations at this location and was told no car.It was for 3:30 and at 5:00 pm they closed and we were there with no car and no way home.The employees were not rude but did not have much empathy.Would never got back.

    Do not recommend. They do not hold up to terms of their own contract. Don't waste your time. Employees don't explain anything.... seemed indifferent and there just for a paycheck. I'm thankful I had a back up plan after reading reviews but gave them a shot anyway....as my reservation fell thru and it could've ruined a family trip.

    I have been renting vehicles since 2016 from the matamoris Pennsylvania office never had a problem. The team there has always been extremely great to deal with.

    I made a reservation for a premium SUV couple of days before the scheduled pick up. On the day of picking up the rental, I booked a cab from my home to the rental and while waiting for the cab, I called the rental to inquire whether they have any customer parking available so that I can save money on the cab and park directly at the rental lot if available and that is when they inform me that they don’t have any premium SUV’s available. Seriously!! Do y’all wait for the customer to call to inform them that cars are not available? You should call the customers and inform them of the logistics. Zero stars to you.
