I've been to this location three times now, and each time, I’ve been genuinely impressed — especially by the two women who work here. As an older woman, I’ve often felt dismissed or brushed off at other auto parts stores, particularly when I’ve needed help figuring out where something goes or how to install a part. AutoZone, for example, has been my go-to for years, but time and again, I’ve been told they’re too busy to help or made to feel like I am somehow bothering themfor asking questions. That’s not the case here. These two women go above and beyond. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. They don’t make jokes, they don’t talk down to you — they simply help. Whether it’s walking you through something or stepping outside to assist directly with your vehicle, they show a level of customer service that’s rare to find. They treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender. Because of them, I’ll be coming here from now on for my automotive needs. It makes a difference when you're treated with dignity and support, and these women absolutely deserve recognition for that.
