  Had them install two new tires and do tire rotation,picked up my car and had it back in a hour,price was great too!

  Avoid All Wheels Driven! Not even 10 miles down the road we got a check engine light with a warning. Mechanic came out and checked it out and didnt charge us. I forgot my computer lol Super cool, they even gave us a printout for evidence!

  Edit: I was charged for this service on September 12th 2025 and still have not had my original issue/review taken care of (see below, they even responded). The shop commented on my review to have me contact them to discuss things and reimburse me, yet they’ve done nothing. I called the shop and they tell me call corporate because they deal with the Google reviews. I called corporate multiple times for weeks and they continue to hang up my calls multiple times, once I explain what happened and that I was promised reimbursement. I’m at the point where I’m growing extremely frustrated and they aren’t answering the phone when it says I’m caller #1 in line. If the owner of the shop or corporate office is reading this edit, you have my contact info from the invoice. If you actually want to make things right and honor your word, call me at your earliest convenience please. This place is a total disaster, don’t waste your time unless you’re in a pinch. Had tire blow out just under 4 hours from home and went here for new tires over a month ago. 3 days later I get the car back and drive 15 miles home and wheel is shaking profusely. First tech over balanced wheels im later told. I take it back to the shop, an hour goes by and I get the car back. I drive home again 4 hours and the wheel is still not how it should be. I call corporate a day or two later and explain this is not acceptable. They tell me to bring the car to another company owned by the same parent company, so I take it in. New tech tells me the second guy underbalanced wheels this time… I cannot make this up. Over $900 spent and couldn’t do the job right til I took it to a brand new shop and NEVER ONCE offered any compensation for the back and forth incompetence/inconsistencies in story. To top it off, the store stopped answering the phone when I called. The day i was at the store for the second tech he asked if he could take it for a ride after claiming to have fixed it. He took forever to come back and I am now suspicious this is why I was missing $1000 cash out of my car (I had the money in the bag in my car the morning of this appt and it just disappeared after he had my car). In addition I had just taken all belongings out of my rental car we rented and put all back into my car since we were told my car was ready the first time.. shocker it was not. The real cherry on top though even now that the car is fixed, is that the original shop tire choice reported my odometer reading mileage incorrectly to carfax. This has caused a ton of issues and would like something to be done. I called about a month ago and you all were going to make it right and call and submit the forms for me. My car’s a 2021 with low low mileage and you all claimed I had 60k at service? This has been over a month ago and yet I still sit at 37k today… everyone please save your time and go elsewhere. I was never offered anything at all for these MANY MANY mistakes made along the way that cost me my time and large sums of money. There is no pride at this store whatsoever and you can clearly see things don’t get done the first time. Not professional at all and should be lucky I’m giving 1 star since their other company back home fixed my car and not them who i originally came to.
