I brought my car in for a safety recall — previous services had been fine, so I had no reason to expect issues. What followed was two-plus weeks of poor communication that I’m still scratching my head over. I was given a one-week estimate. At the end of that week, I called at 4:30 Friday and was told the staff had left for the weekend. No proactive outreach, no update — I had to chase it down myself. Monday came and went with no call. Two attempts Tuesday, nobody available. The following Friday, a shop employee told me it would be done “next week” but couldn’t be more specific. Again, no call Monday. I called Tuesday and found out it had been sitting ready since the day before. At no point did anyone reach out to me. Every update I got, I had to initiate myself — and even then, I was often left with nothing. I don’t think this reflects who Beshore and Koeler want to be, and I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously. The communication gap here needs to be closed.

This is also my first time purchasing a car from a regular dealership in general. Don was my salesman and he was great. I didn't feel rushed, or pushed into the purchase. Don answered all my questions regarding the truck and showed me how to work everything. We even had a nice general conversation while taking it out for a test drive. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.
