- SCShawna Coleman4 days ago5.0I left a horrible day at work only to get into my car and find I had a nail in my tire to add to my frustrations just when I thought the bad day was over; it felt as if it instantly became worst! I called the dealership 10 minutes away only for them to tell me their service department closed in 30 minutes and there was nothing they could do for me other than wait in their parking lot for road side assistance. As I drove on the way to the dealership almost in tears I passed Mavis discount tires and a gentleman with the most amazing smile greeted me and told me his name was “WILL” and he would do everything in his power to get me taken care of and not to worry it was his pleasure to help me in this time of desperate need as he eased my every uncertainty with confidence, compassion and kindness. Will had my tire fixed in no time and happily explained to me , it was no charge for the service! I can’t begin to describe how much this experience not only turned my day around but also reminded me there are still great people in this world that make a difference whether they realize it or not. Thanks Will! :)

I'm so very sorry I forgot to get the two gentlemen's names but they took fabulous care of me. I was in there all of 30 minutes or less. Superb customer service these gentlemen!! I will definitely return for future services and you should too!! Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of me!!

My fiancé took his car for inspection a few weeks ago with no issues and i needed mine done as well. After a day or two they called and said i needed a new taillight and my fiancé gave them the go-ahead and they called a few days later and made it seem like the inspection was passed and taillight was good to go. We go to pick it up and they didn't even order the taillight and told us we had to order it ourselves off of amazon. Okay, weird, inconvenient and i've never been asked to do that anywhere else before. This was during the weeks of Christmas Eve and New years so we were trying to be understanding with the time it was taking, even though the manager Will said he would make us priority when the taillight came in. That didn't seem like the case. They had my car for almost two weeks. And when i finally picked it up the maintenance and tire lights are still on. Anyways i wouldn't recommend this place and won't be taking my car here again

Can’t say enough with things about them. I usually take my car to the dealer and I have to say I got much superior service at Mavis. Good job guys wonderful to see such dedicated employees Happy new year to all and I would happily recommend Mavis.
