One of my tires picked up a large bolt that was leaking air quickly. Reef took a look at it, got it out, plugged it and refilled it all within about 10 minutes of my arrival. Absolutely incredible service!!!

The front desk guy said the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced , but from the photo I sent my husband, my husband didn't think it was necessary. My husband has repaired a lot of tires himself. We really just wanted Mavis to repair it. The front desk guy spoke to us in a way that made both of us uncomfortable. He said my life would be in jeopardy if we didn't get a new tire. It was a weird situation that didn't make us feel good, so we let him replace it just to get out of there. As I was waiting I heard the front desk guy speaking similarly to another woman. He was pressuring her to come back and get more work done on her car. I'm glad I was from out of town because I think they would have tried to find something else wrong with my car to try to suck me back in. I've never felt uneasy at a car place before coming here.

Our usual place was booked up being a Saturday but they said to call any local tire place and they might be able to help. After a quick Google search, Mavis came up with glowing reviews and my 3yo and I ran over there hoping for help. From the minute I walked in everyone was so kind, helpful and so efficient. As a walk in, they had be in and out (nail in the tire!) in under 75 minutes. They had coloring books and toys for kids, (never seen this!) and fixed everything with no charge (unreal!). If you need help, call Mavis, or walk right in. Either way it’s going to be the right call. Thank you!!
