  Not great. The screens are trashed, and you can barely read them. Starting from the app worked fine. Veda (left side) pulled 73kW with my car <40% when I should have seen almost 150kW. The station was being shared with a Kona if I recall correctly, so that’s not the issue. I had been driving for 45 minutes so battery and ambient temp weren’t the issue. Lastly, the $0.99 session fee is insulting. Every time I charge on EVgo I have a similar situation, whether in PA, MD, or DE. I wish I could rely more on them because I like the detail shown on the screen as well as in the app. I stopped by a BP Pulse on my way home and boom 143kW from 40-75%.

  2/3 functional, veda is broken completely and will not initiate charging at all. Other stalls were taken by slow charging vehicles, moved on. PA is a barren wasteland for EVs, no charging to be had.

  The damn thing is always broken. My car keeps Getting scratched. They don’t have the better chargers.

  2 of 3 dont work. 1 that works has a broken screen, app cannot sync with it to start charging, so had to pay manually with credit card. Asked machined for receipt, but it errored out before I can type the phone number. Screen is completely scratched, almost impossible to read in daylight.

  Dropped by and tried to charge on Veda. No dice on either connector and Customer Service couldn't fix it. Another EV owner it had been down recently on other occasions. Came by next day and, after waiting 20 minutes., plugged into Chasten. Car started charging on 2nd try. Charger was rated at 100KW and received no more than 50 on my vehicle that was less than 50% charged to begin with.
