  I have a promo code for using enterprise from my job, so I normally will use Enterprise in general, but this specific location has been so good compared to other locations that I have used across the country. Im from the Pittsburgh area but currently on the west coast and have been traveling home a lot lately..I've used this location 3 different times bevause it was cheaper to use than the airport location and the staff has been so nice and accomodating. Each time, I've ended up extending my rental last minute and it hasn't been a problem at all. The last reservation I've had, I ended up changing the drop off to the airport Enterprise and while it was an additional charge, they did provide me with a discount, which was much appreciated! I will be coming back home a few more times and will use this location going forward!

  Had to get a rental due to my car being on the shop for a claim. They picked me up from the body shop and allowed me to drop the car off at the body shop upon pick up. Very friendly service and they gave me a great car. Would highly recommend!

  A few minor issues 1- the truck I rented was overheating, and I was notified upon pick up and didn't have a lot of time to "shop" for something else , I needed the truck to haul some things , they offered me a bigger SUV model , I had to agree and requested a discount for the inconvenience. (Ended up paying MORE) 2. The SUV was missing every single valve stem cap , like they put air in the tires then forgot to replace the caps , so I was worried about if they forgot anything else . 3. I was traveling and have the gps on my phone set to NO TOLLs , I was following my gps , when at some point the vehicles GPS took over and put me on the turnpike, I had mentioned this to them , and didn't know how to dispute the toll , basically I have to pay it they said . 4. When reserving my truck I clarified I would be using a DEBIT CARD , not a credit card, she said that was no problem, I asked for a grand total after taxes fees etc , she told me 312$ . I asked if I needed anything else she said no , so upon arrival apparently they needed a bill to prove my address that's already on my license, they also added a 200$ deposit and 100$ insurance,and with me not getting the truck , and having to take the SUV instead of paying 312$ , I had to give them 577$ .... No one told me this ahead of time and was not mentioned in the contract when I looked it over . Now I do get 200$ back , however that still left me paying 377$ , and it had to go in my husband's name since I didn't bring a bill , because I was never told to. I feel like this was such a hassle when picking up I wanted to pick up earlier so I wasn't rushing to get my kids from school, but they said I had to pick up at 3pm, and I had to return it to the same location, so I had to add an extra day to the rental in the first place which is why it was 312$ instead of 224$ , but I also wasn't able to haul everything I needed to , so some things got left behind that I have to now replace . They had 3 or 4 other trucks sitting there , ya I'm sure they could of been rented for some of the days I needed a truck , but I feel like they need to be better prepared for last minute things , and charge me the original price if not less . Other than this , the SUV was nice I did enjoy it and all the features was not prepared for the driver seat to vibrate when switching lanes lol , and I was able to haul most of the stuff I needed to , I also enjoyed the back seats easily going down , no hassle, and the auto heated seats and steering wheel when below 40 degrees out . I would rent again, but maybe from a different location.
