When arriving at 8am for pick up I was told they did not have a vehicle I wanted and I was never called or warned before hand. I had a very long trip planned and was forced to take a very uncomfortable vehicle id never drive again. If it wasn’t for needing to be at a wedding I would have canceled and taken business elsewhere. I was willing to pay the money for a vehicle I wanted to travel in. I was forced to take something I didn’t want and still pay full price. I’ll be sharing my story with everyone I know. Unacceptable shady business. I was late to my wedding event due to the mishap.
