  I have rented from the Lock Haven Enterprise twice in the last 2 years, and each time I have been very happy with the customer agents they have working there. When I went in this morning, I had Ryan help me with my rental and I was in and out in 10 minutes. He was fast, smooth, and so kind! Thank you for everything, Ryan!

  I ordered a premium vehicle a week in advance! When arriving at 8am for pick up I was told they did not have a vehicle I wanted and I was never called or warned before hand. I had a very long trip planned and was forced to take a very uncomfortable vehicle id never drive again. If it wasn’t for needing to be at a wedding I would have canceled and taken business elsewhere. I was willing to pay the money for a vehicle I wanted to travel in. I was forced to take something I didn’t want and still pay full price. I’ll be sharing my story with everyone I know. Unacceptable shady business. I was late to my wedding event due to the mishap.

  Love enterprise! Always had a positive experience and before when I had a rental with issues, I was able to stop 3 states away along my trip to switch out for a different vehicle :)

  Told me I couldn't rent the USS Enterprise, only cars. Mixed feelings.
