I would normally give Nevco 5 stars, but for my recent experience. I live in a poorly insulated 40 year old mobile home that eats Heating Oil like candy. I hope to have it reinsulated this Summer but for now it is what it is. I've been a Nevco customer for over 3 years. On 11/17, they filled up my tank with 178 gal. I was out by 12/26. They filled up with 175 gal on that date.
At that time, I requested fill-up every 4 weeks, to charge my card on file. I was asked a few questions and assured that would happen. Today I was told I'm not even scheduled, despite 4 weeks being up last Friday. The earliest is 2/5 before they can come. I'll be out of oil before Friday. I KNOW this. I KNOW my house, but Nevco didn't believe me, despite what my account will show. I'm very disappointed and upset that what I requested and was assured would happen did not, which may very well cost me extra money for kerosene, danger in running electric space heaters and possible frozen water pipes. I didn't even get a sorry.
Edit: Mary reached out and left a message. They are delivering tomorrow and she did apologize. As they are normally great at service, I'm changing my original 2 star review to 5 stars.
