I walked in and I seemed to disturb the clerk who was looking half asleep and on his phone. He did come out though to help, and was nice and courteous with a touch of "I don't care." He ended up replacing the old battery and sending my daughter on her way. Only a couple weeks later, she broke down on the side of the road because the battery terminal was not tight and the battery was not installed properly. This is not acceptable since we rely on and trust AutoZone's service to keep vehicles on the road.
