I pulled up and saw two people just finishing and run back into the store before I entered, mean while smelling pot all the way to the counter where the guy is as high as a kite. When I asked for help, an employee told me that his manager had said he “didn’t have to do batteries today.” His attitude came across as a mix of “that’s your problem” and “I don’t really care,” and honestly, that seemed to be the general attitude of all the employees. You literally work at an AutoZone—what do you expect during the cold months? While he ultimately did help me, the amount of pushback I received beforehand was inappropriate and unprofessional. The entire experience made me never want to come back!
