  Enterprise took care of us in an tight situation to get us home on a travel home breakdown of my truck which became undriveable. Eli mgr on the phone hooked us up (great communication) while Darian took care of getting the truck prepared for the drive home bound. Thanks ✌️ DTM DanTheMan

  I really appreciated how smooth and well-organized everything felt from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, and any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The team was professional but also easy to work with, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it felt reliable and well-managed, and I’d definitely have confidence working with them again.

  I've used them about 3 times this year so far and in the past more times than I care to admit. The current gentlemen possibly the manager is exceptional he always treats me like I'm someone important. I've been inline and noticed he does it with each person he deals with even when they are packed. The cars are always prestine on the inside like its new off the lot. Whoever does their wipe downs has to really love that job. 2 of the times I've ordered the cars same day and inventory wasn't an issue and I've had times before they upgraded me for free to make it work. The last car was the Jeep Grand Wagoneer fully loaded and honestly I wanted to cut the tracking and keep it they kept it so nice. They have worked with me when I ran into issues with returning a LITTLE late as long as I contacted them in a reasonable time being respectful. Lastly I think some people expect everything to be whatever they expect everyone to give and bend while they take and take. Lewistown branch will treat you as a special customer even for the first time. Don't confuse that with them being willing to loose money it's still a business. Also that mean manager lady is gone. I did hate her with a passion.
