  I wish I could give less than that. There was guy who told us even though there was half tank in my rental, he marked as empty saying that it was a favor. then, when I return there was additional charge for refueling even though I returned half tank. then I kept calling and reaching out to them and they kept pushing me to call the return site and the return site asked me to call the leweistown one where I rented originally. Now, one of the ladies there said that on paper I owe them cuz it was marked full tank and I returned half tanked (actual case was half tank rented and half tank returned). I rent from enterprise regularly and I think this would be my last unless I get refunded for the hilarious $60 for 10 gallons. Looking at other reviews, the gas thing is not the first time. Update Since I was in doubt, I checked the receipt again and there are a lot of inconsistencies. First the milage count, we drove from Lewistown to State college to pick up friends (67.5km) then after filling the tank to full, we drove to NYC. Dropped in a small town to eat lunch and drove back into NYC. Distance from State college to NYC (our place) is 392.68 km. I would add like may be 20km for margin of error. Therefore, the total milage comes down to 480.18 Km. We rented on 20th Dec and returned before 10am 21st Dec. However, in the receipt it says the car was driven for 932 km! that would require us to drive like 10 -12 hrs straight into Canada! This is not correct at all. I dont know why this is wrong. But I thought there might be other inconsistencies in my other rentals with them too. The worst thing is that they kept pointing out the receipt and the issue was the wrong info on the receipt. I hope to get this resolved asap but I am losing hope.

  Not thrilled with my request and the lack of effort on follow through by the employee. My simple request was to add a 2nd driver for 2 days out of the 2 weeks I had my rental. The employee in the Lewistown PA branch failed to do so after I requested it twice in the short conversation we had face-to-face. Two hundred bucks isn't much to some but to others it is. I'm not worried about the unnecessary charge, but the simple fact, I asked a very specific request for a specific set of days and that was not followed through with is extremely agitating.

  Every time I want to rent a car I always go to Enterprise for my car rental needs. They do a great in providing the needs that I’m looking for.

  Car was great, checkout was great, after hours return was great until they charged me for an unnecessary gallon of gas. I filled up the tank at the Sheetz across the street (receipt shown), but they "FOUND" that it was low one gallon and charged me for it. Petty, and it feels like sneaky little theft.
