I was blown away at the level of compassion and understanding you showed me. Your commitment and dedication to seek a resolution, going above and beyond is something that should be encapsulated and regarded as THEE criteria for all companies to use. Absolutely top notch. Made me feel important as a customer to the company. A thousand times thank you. By far one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company representative. Not all hero’s wear capes.
- MMMatthewSep 7, 20255.0They know what they’re doing. It took a lil longer than expected but not really their fault. Plus I’d rather them do a thorough job and it taking longer than a fast and the device is all screwy. Considering the rats nest that was behind the console with splices here and some more over there and non OEM head unit and non OEM connectors, they still got it installed and didn’t have to call me for explanation. This shows that whoever did the work, knows what they’re doing and has a lot of experience. Front end staff are super nice although may need to bring Jeff a box of donuts.(good bribery tool 😉) I’m just kiddin Jeff. The skinny - small shop but packed with expertise, knowledge, and solid work and an amazing front office staff.
