  They have excellent customer service. I don't feel pressured to buy something my car doesn't need like other dealerships.

  There is a militant woman working in customer service who has no business speaking to people. Every visit now, she is short tempered and completely disrespectful. She is extremely rude to customers and has absolutely no empathy whatsoever! This is the last time I'm ever going to goodyear in levittown again!

  I have a ram 3500. They told me my weighs to much for their lift. The lift is 10,000 lbs. My truck has a gvwr of 12,300 and payload of 4,330. The guy at the counter told me hes ben doing this for 30 years. He still thinks gvwr is the unloaded weight of a vechile. 12,300 (gvwr) - 4,330 (payload) = 7,970 (actual weight)

  Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Helped me with my tire replacement warranty claim.

  Had an appointment for a slow leak in tire, tire had to ne relaced but was there for almost 2.5 hours. I have had work done elsewhere had 4 tires done and didn't spend half that time. My car was done and sitting out front for over 20 minutes and still sitting there. I am not sure why?
