  Rented a ¾ ton pick-up and requested the ability to tow which comes at a surcharge – Figured it would include a tow hitch & ball mount – It Does Not. The hitch was there but when I asked about the ball mount, I was handed a Receiver Adapter (reducer sleeve) and was told they do not provide a ball mount and ball My error – should have asked better questions – but how are you supposed to tow if the ball mount isn’t there? Truck provided was a Ram 2500 diesel and was spotless. Couldn’t have been cleaner. The rep walked the truck with me before leaving, making sure to point out the need for diesel fuel & diesel exhaust fluid – the pick-up process was quick and efficient, all charges and potential charges were explained in detail so there were no surprises when returning the vehicle. One thing to note, on the rental agreement summary provided when I left the facility, the starting mileage was not on the paperwork. I always take a picture of the mileage so there is no chance of error, but it would be a valuable piece of information to provide on the agreement. Returning the truck was as effortless as when picking it up and the staff was extremely polite and efficient.

  Staff suggested a bigger vehicle and I'm glad he did. When I arrived at my destination, 690 miles away, the motorcycle I was picking up would not have fit in the regular sized unit that i had originally reserved.
