Terrible customer service. Was given an attitude from the moment i walked in. Manager was already pissed cursing at his employees. Terrible staff here. Go to the other one on oxford valley rd. They are respectful and value customer service. This location is trash.

I had a bad battery and my car died in the parking lot. Rob came outside in the rain and use their device to start my car. We then decided it would be the best option to replace my battery. Rob not only found the battery for us but also installed it in the rain. I am so thankful that he helped us out and he is a great asset to this store!

My 81 year old father goes to this store often & regularly. Today he had a female employee speak to him like he was trash on her shoe. He went to buy a battery & normally he has no issues getting assistance from the techs & he always brags about how helpful they are at this store - today when he called me I overheard her on the phone speaking poorly to him & yelling at him about what they don’t do at this store. ! I told him to leave the store & go somewhere else because he was paying for the battery - no one was giving him anything & how dare she speak to him like he was begging for something. He did finally receive assistance from one of the regular techs (Rob) but I encouraged him to NEVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE AGAIN! My father is one of the most respectful & kindest people on the planet & for him to be a paying customer & be treated like trash is despicable!! Rob thank you for helping my dad! Advance Auto Parts - you need to do better with some of your hires. They have zero customer service skills! Who yells at an elderly man?!?

Very rude behavior they put you on hold for like 20 minutes when you call it's just train you to coming to the store well how about if you're handicap or someone who is needing to just get a tidbit of information you know we understand that there's people there in line but they don't take up the 20 minutes dealing with them you either have people that don't want to do their job correctly I don't want to be bothered with certain kinds of people or have a chip on his shoulder and which case I find this location very offensive and disrespectful and these people really need to be taught customer service seriously if you don't like dealing with the public or being all things for all people get out of the business of being in the business of customer service
