Came in for a tire repair diy gone bad and he fixed my tire within a timely matter and only asked for future business as a payment. Will be returning with all my car necessities moving forward.

They're extremely helpful, fast, and more than reasonable. They don't try to pull the "typical mechanic" stuff and are straight forward about what does or doesn't need done instead of just telling you something is wrong that really isn't just to make a few extra bucks. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Absolutely ZERO negative things to say when it comes to our experiences with them. I Absolutely recommend 👌 👍

There was an older gentleman that used to work here and I remember one time he was checking out my engine; turned on my car and Metallica was blasting, which he loved and showed off a new guitar he had, and ever since then we became best buddies. Could always count on him to help me out. Come in today for a regular oil change next thing you know I’m getting quoted $600 for new brakes by whoever works here now. Car was just inspected in August and was in and out of my hometown mechanic shop for about two months prior to moving into Harrisburg. Had my hometown mechanic +2 of my friends that are local mechanics in Harrisburg take a look at the pictures this guy had me take and everyone said absolutely not forget that!! Highly don’t recommend coming here if you’re a woman; These guys obviously think that they can screw you over and that youll have no idea

When I got to the shop I was told the exhaust problem would be a simple fix,but I would need to return in two days because the mechanic who did the welding was off. Made a second appointment to return for the repair. When I arrived at my second appointment I was informed they would not be able to do the repair and would need to replace the whole exhaust. I had them return the car to me without a repair. I went to Meineke down the road and they were able to do the repair that day. In the end Munro only succeeded in wasting my time. Will not be returning to them. Giving them one star because I cannot go any lower.
