  My wife and I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at Enterprise in lemoyne at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 7th. We got there a little early. Approximately 30 minutes early. There was a lady in front of us she was returning a vehicle, the guy behind the counter was saying please be flexible with us, please be flexible... And since you're going to be flexible we're going to put you into a brand new vehicle. It has 60 mi on it. But it's not going to be ready until about 2:00 p.m. at that time my wife said okay, as she tries to accommodate virtually everybody. We get there at 2:00 and the door is locked there's a sign on a door stating that they are out washing cars. He knew that we were going to be there because he told us to come back at 2:00. Finally, after I called and complained that there was nobody there he comes walking across the parking lot. I told him I was not pleased he said I didn't have another car in the lot to give to you at 11:00. Keep in mind, we had an 11:00 reservation. I said the lady before us was dropping off a vehicle. Yeah, I know but I had to give that to someone else. He said I have the vehicle for you right here and it's brand new. So I left my wife to do the particulars and I moved on. My wife was driving away and noticed the car was on e so she had to put gas in it. The guy says I'm going to say that it had a quarter tank of gas in it but I don't really know how much gas is in it. This is a classless shitstorm!!! I called to find out who I could talk to about complaining about this individual and the person on the other end of the phone said something that I had to ask three times what she said and still couldn't understand her because she had such a bad accent. I don't recommend this fly by night outfit to anybody! They lack professionalism and competence!!

  I love enterprise they always take care of me when I need them I would recommend them to anyone. my family only uses enterprise
