However, that wasn’t the case with the AutoZone Team in Lemoyne. While searching for a battery for my vehicle, I was provided with options that saved me both time and money. The assistance I received over the phone from employee T. and the in-person help from employee L. were outstanding! Had I gone elsewhere, I might have spent a couple of hundred dollars and wasted half a day without my vehicle. Kudos and appreciation to the AutoZone Team! Two thumbs up!

My car was already lifted, and the part needed was NOT an anticipated fix. I was told the part wasn't in stock, and pretty much there was nothing to be done. They were really no help... INSTEAD I CALLED a different location to verify availability and went there to get the part instead. Same business mind you. Just different location. Customer service was severely lacking as I was pretty much told sorry, and got my order canceled. Which did not help. At all. I still needed the part. I did the leg work and follow up. Definitely need some lessons in 'how to say yes.'
