    The service at this store has become absolutely unacceptable. Customer service is terrible, staff are untrained, and basic questions about inventory cannot be answered. One employee from the hood is consistently rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful to customers. This is not a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. Management is clearly failing to supervise, train, or hold staff accountable. If this continues, the store will keep losing customers. Immediate action is needed.

    Terrible. Immediately tried to upsell me on a battery for my car when I wanted and had already selected the budget option. They changed my battery for free which was nice, but what wasn't nice was the constant judging and unprofessional behavior from the woman who installed my battery. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
